Terms of Service

Last updated: May 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agentive Academy learning platform and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Agentive Academy, a Florida limited liability company ("Agentive Integrations," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have your parent or legal guardian's consent if you are 13–17. Use by anyone under 13 is prohibited. Some courses (including AI for High School) are designed for ages 14–18 and require parental authorization. Our Service is not intended for users in jurisdictions where its use would be unlawful.

3. Accounts & Access Codes

Access to course content requires a valid access code provided by your organization, instructor, or an Agentive partner. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and access code, and for all activities under your account. Access codes are non-transferable and may not be shared. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. License to course content

Upon activation of a valid access code, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course content for personal, non-commercial educational use during your authorized access period. You may not reproduce, redistribute, share account access, decompile, or create derivative works from course materials. Enterprise/team licenses are subject to separate written agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or harvest content; (b) share, post, or transmit course materials publicly; (c) misuse the Service to harass, defame, or harm others; (d) attempt to access another user's account; (e) use the Service in violation of applicable law.

6. AI tools and content disclosure

Course materials reference and may demonstrate third-party AI products (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google products). We are not affiliated with those providers unless explicitly stated. Outputs from AI tools may be inaccurate; always verify before relying on them in production or critical contexts. Some assets in the Service may have been created with AI assistance; we review such materials before publication.

7. User-generated content

If you submit content (e.g., comments, project submissions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content for operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership.

8. Military and government users

Service members and Department of Defense civilians may use the Service only for educational purposes consistent with the Joint Ethics Regulation (DoD 5500.7-R) and applicable Office of Government Ethics rules. Endorsement of the Service by any branch of the U.S. Government is not implied.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information presented is suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentive Integrations and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Agentive Integrations harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting academy@agentiveacademy.com. Sections 4 (license), 10–12 (disclaimers/liability/indemnity), 14 (governing law) survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. Either party may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
